Clock is all over the place

Anyone else having issues with their clock? Mine is all over the place. When it's real 10am it show 2pm etc... But then it would fix itself.

Friend of mine had the same issue with his iPhone 5 on sprint during daylight savings time? Isn't the time set up my the carrier?

I have read that LTE might play a role in why clocks are showing inaccurate times. Disable LTE and then turn it back on?
