Need help!exchange iphone 5!

Yesterday i went to apple store to get my 5 fix but they exchange it.my previous 5 was unlock(paid 6 bucks thru unlock fusion).so i checked the imei number thru alot of online free checker and they have different results,other site said its unlock and other said its lock now im confused.what do you think?unlock or not?

Theoretically it would be locked as it is not the original phone and isn't factory unlocked via Apple.
