Apple Care+ for iPhone 5

Sorry if this question seems stupid to some of you guys. But I couldn't find anything on Apple website regarding this.

I was wondering if I am able to get Apple Care+ for my iPhone 5 even though I got my iPhone through a telco? Or do they only provide Apple Care+ for iPhones bought directly from Apple?

Go to an Apple store and purchase it..... The will look at phone and sign you up... Takes 5mins

There isn't a official Apple store from where I come from. Singapore. There are authorised resellers though.

Can I go through them as well? Was wondering if they will cover hardware issues like home button and cracked screen?

I would call apple directly and ask them to set it up over the phone if there is no store close by. All phone carriers have them.... Some just keep quiet about it trying to push the insurance they have. That's what Verizon and AT&T do in U.S
