Getting back my messages from my 4s to 5 without using iTunes?

Ello!
Is there any way I can get back my messages from my old iPhone 4s to my new 5 without having to use iTunes? Wish to more cleanly replace the sms.db without having to do a full restore.

There is no way to do a selective iTunes restore - no way to remove any piece from within a backup to move elsewhere.
