    I exchanged my iphone 5 today at an apple store for a new one and all the apps seem to working fine except the app store won't search for anything or show the featured apps. It doesn't seem to do anything. I restored from my backup I had on itunes. I back up my phone before I took it to be exchanged. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this issue?

    Just restore with iTunes as a new phone, activate it like that, check out if App Store works correctly, and only then restore from backup. Usually fixes that kind of issues.

    Thanks I will try that! So just click the restore button in itunes to take it back to factory settings? I am new to iphone btw.

    Ok I did what you said and now it is working like it should all except there is another problem. I wonder if it is doing this to anyone else. It is asking me to accept new terms and conditions and I agree to the terms and conditions and try to install an app and it just keeps asking the same thing over and over again, to accept the terms and condtions. I can't install any apps because it just keeps repeating this. Is anyone else having this issue with the app store?

    Yes it is doing the same for me as well. Hopefully apple will get that sorted out soon.

    Yes same thing over here.. Tried signing out and back in, nothing, keeps asking to accept the terms, then going right back to accept the terms again. On ios 6 iphone 4

    iTunes and App Store terms and conditions stuck in infinite loop, locking out customers | iMore.com

    Apple has update the terms and conditions of iTunes and the App Store tonight, and it seems to have caused a recursive bug for some users -- the TOC pops up again and again, in an infinite loop, and you just can't get past it.I haven't had the new TOC pop up for me at all yet, but based on the number of tips we're getting, a lot of you have, and lot of you have been bitten by the bug.
    Hopefully this is something Apple can fix on the server-side so everyone can get back to downloading If you're experiencing the infinite fail loop, let us know, and if it gets fixed or you figure away around it, let us know that too.
