Hi everyone,

I just got my iPhone 5 and updated it to iOS 7.0.4. I have UK tmobile sim but i'm currently in Poland without roming so I get No Service all the time and the phone is looking for some network to connect. All the time on WiFi which is quite slow here so I get download rate around 0,5mb even slower but have good signal. 2 mails on push, facebook push, skype, snapchat push. Do you know if the battery life would get battery with sim card with good signal and faster wifi? and do you consider what I get a good batter? btw my post is number 1000 !

How dont you have service while roaming? Isnt it on Automatic? Leave Data Roaming off should be good enough. Incoming Text messages and phone calls unanswered are free. So it shouldnt be a problem.

I've had my iPhone for almost a year and a half, and my battery life is going down. I'm not getting a half a day with my device and I use it the same.

Almost 8 hours of usage time, and 1 day and 18 hours of standby. Never had such a good battery life on my iPhone 5.

Mine is not good. This is using strictly 3g, I have all other things turned off such as background refresh, location services, paralellex effects. The 3 hours of use was web browsing, checking tweetbot, and texting. Nothing crazy. Might have to do a fresh install. I'm jailbroke but don't run many if any tweaks that would seem to zap the battery like it has.

Something seems wrong there. Do you keep Bluetooth and location services on or have a lot of apps fire up in the background?
