Yeah in Cydia. Actually I purchased these themes while I still was using my iphone4 and they are still working

Honestly, I haven't looked for anything else. The "Pages" theme was always my favorite on my 4 and 4S, so I went straight for it yesterday. Guess I lucked out. Lol.

It generally says in the theme description. Other than that, it's trial and error. They all should work. At worst, some icons won't skin.
