Iphone 5 upgrade

Hi from the uk, I have a iPhone 4 and want to sell it on ebay before the iphone 5 comes out to raise money for it. they say they will announce it on the 12th of september, When do you guys think it will be out just dont want to sell it and be with out a phone for about a 4 weeks ?

Will be out in the US on Sept. 21st. Outside of the US, no idea.
