Hey guys today i got an iphone 4s but i am stuck on IOS 7.1.2 so i cant use whatsapp or instagram, nothing and i cant update when i go for 'software update' session it says i got the latest update but i should have updates until IOS 9 right?
Did any of you faced this issue?

If you can’t update beyond 7.1.2 then you bought an iPhone 4, not a 4S.

Sorry to hear about your limitations. The 4 series are still good devices for calls and text but are no longer supported by Apple and many 3rd party apps
