How do I fix this?????

Every once in a while, my notification center on my iphone 4s gets stuck halfway and freezes the whole screen. Usually the remedy for that is to press down the home button and power button at the same time to reset the phone, but as for me, my power button is broken and sometimes doesn't cooperate. I've tried everything I can to fix it, but I can't afford to buy a new phone or pay to get it fixed, so if anyone has some advice, please tell me!!!

Welcome to iMore! If it's only happening every once in a while it's likely just a software glitch. Your 4s is pretty ancient at this point so it's probably freezing up momentarily waiting for your notifications to load.

A soft reset might work. Use the Assistive Touch in Accessibility. Try notification center and lock screen.
