Would be nice if you could provide a little more info to us. Like what kind of files are you talking about. Not all files can be downloaded to an iPhone. Maybe become a member of iMore so we can better assist you. But in general the best way to transfer files from a pc to an iPhone is through iTunes. Here is a guide by Apple on how to do it. Thanks!
