My IPhone4S displays the Apple Logo and it blinks every few seconds

My power button is broken and my Itunes does not recognize my device. Is there any way I can restore my phone?

you can wait until the battery dies and then try holding the home button down as you connect it to itunes.
it should detect it as recovery mode.
