Iphone boot loop problem

Currently my iphone 4s went into Boot Loop! I have tried almost all the given techniques given on YouTube but nothing has helped me fix my problem! I tried updating and restoring the phone via Itunes but it shows error(21) and doesn't help! Can anyone provide some help?
