    is it better to buy iphone 4S now in september 2015 though new models iphone 5s and iphone 6 6 plus are released ? is it worth to buy iphone 4S for budgeted price in online market as prices reduced at present for iphone 4S?
    please suggest me and utility of phone is limited and for personal use to telephone for 3 hours use in a day ?

    Why would you want to buy a 4S? It's "ancient" compared to the latest phones. Not all of iOS 8 or iOS 9's features are supported on an older device such as the 4S

    I wouldn't. If you truly are in need of a budget phone and cannot get to the pricing of a minimum of the 5s or 5c then I would suggest an android phone like the Moto G.

    Depends on your needs. You can call and text easy enough. Email should be OK. Many apps may not be compatible now. You would be stuck at iOS 8.x.x. But it might satisfy your needs for now.
