My iPhone 4S will not let me use my passcode, how can I get my phone to work?

My iPhone 4S will not let me use passcode.

I just updated to iOS9, everything went fine. I'm at the lock screen, swipe to unlock, and the numbers wont "click". It's been like this for over an hour, it freezes and then restarts. I did get a notification from ESPN, swiped, numbers still don't work. Also my lock button on the top is pushed in all the way and doesn't work, so I cant use that in any way. How do I get my phone to work?

First, try rebooting your device. If that doesn't fix the problem, connect it to your computer, initiate the computer's iTunes app and restore it. Oh, and get the power button fixed.
