I like to rotate the screens for emails and pictures for bigger viewing but it suddenly won't move horizontal
Make sure you do not have the screen rotation lock on, Pull up your quick settings from the bottom and look there to make sure your lock is not on as well as top right hand side by battery, You will see a small like circle.
