why is my iphone 4s not displaying anything

I was recently working out side and listening to music when I came inside my phone was not displaying anything I put it on the charger however it never displayed that it was charging and it has been on the charger for at least 24 hours. (keep in mind my home button is broken.)

It sounds like it's time for a new phone. . . . However, have you tried to restart (if you can) the device?

Of course. What is needed is never available. Take it to a nearby Apple Store to get it fixed.
