I am one of the people who is running iOS 8.1 and it is better, in my opinion, than iOS 8 because it is a good deal more stable.

Better on my iPhone 5. Quicker and smoother. Much better than 8.

Sent from my ancient but trustworthy iPhone 5.

My iPhone 6 seems more snappier and stable. On 8.0.2 I had a few crashes but all is well so far.

Thanks for the updates, I appreciate your efforts... But does anyone have 8.1 running on a 4S?

I've been running it all day since it launched. No problems at all. Rotation issues seem to be fixed. Battery life is as expected.

So far it seems better on my 4S. Had a bit of a scare with it on my iPad 3, my first recovery mode situation in 3 devices and 6 years but had to have one some time.

I'm having less lags and crashes with my 5c. Overall I'm very happy with 8.1 and it was a completely worth it update.

I'm running it on my 4S, it seems smoother and more stable than 8.0.2. It was very laggy initially, but seems to have gotten better. Fewer freezes and fewer app crashes. No worse, maybe better.
