my screen has all the colours mixed and i havent really let it fall or anything

I can only assume you want instruction on how to rearrange the icons on your home screens. To do that, simply press and hold on one of the icons until all of the icons begin to jiggle. Afterwards, just slide them to whatever screen you want them and in the order you want them.
