Random Shutdown problem...

Hi guys, I 4s is acting up... It randomly shutdown even with 60% batt and then never turns on unless I plug it in the charger... And keeps working but I'm always waiting for it to happen again later... Which it does...

Sometimes it looks like a batt calibration problem, the other day it shutdown with 40% but when I plug it in, I realized it was completely empty.

Sometimes the phone works flawlessly with no problem whatsoever...

Any advice???

1. Make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store and have them troubleshoot it for you.
2. Back it up and restore it as new via iTunes just in case a messed of settings is the culprit.
3. If jailbroken, un-jailbreak it and see if the problem persists.

Try restoring it or make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple store. Good luck to you.
