It feels like my battery life is shorter on 7, but I wanted to hear from everyone else. Please post your battery life, so we can compare.

Even though it feels like it is worse, however the figures look good up to now. I did though let it die after installing ios7 before charging it.ImageUploadedByiMore Forums1379808869.224077.jpg

Still testing the battery out. Went down to 88% from 100 in a couple hours and all I had done was text for 5 minutes. Don't know if that's average or if it's draining too fast?

I'm having the same issues and I have literally everything turned off. 3d effect, email set to manual, background data off, screen to 20% in dark and yet I'm getting only about 5-5.30 hours out of the battery while being on wifi all day

Is it normal my battery drained 12% in a couple hours and only uses text for about 5 minutes?

it's hard to say. everyone's "mileage varies", however if it feels like something is not right then you may want to investigate

it SEEMS like you should be getting better battery performance but everyone's usage varies

having to shut off features is ruining the iPhone experience IMHO. i would recommend trying what i mentioned above. then leave everything ON that you want/need to use. it may take a couple of battery cycles but you should see a difference over time

So far I'm pretty happy with the battery life I'm getting. I have some things turned on in iOS 7 that I didn't use in iOS 6 (weather location for instance) and with each new iOS upgrade I do, I keep a log of battery stats so I can get a feel for the pattern usage my phone will "allow" so to speak. What I've been seeing with iOS7 is very similar to what I saw with iOS 6.

This ss is from the very next day (Friday)of being charged up right after loading iOS 7 Thurs night. This works for me, and has been pretty consistent depending on what I'm doing (if I'm using it more a particular day or less)

Mine has actually gotten better since the update. I used to get home from work and be around 65% and now I'm up to about 77% with decent usage.

Mine is as good as or better than iOS 6. I can't complain.
