problems with logging into App Store

I'm having problems with logging into Apps Store I had an IPhone 4 previous then purchased Iphone4s then few weeks later purchased IPad now all passwords work on every devise but the new IPhone 4S what's my issue can any one plz help thank you all.

Turn off your iPhone 4S, wait about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. After it's fully booted, go to Settings -> iTune & App Store, and attempt to log in.
