Need help with internal parts of iPhone

Hey everyone
I just successfully replaced my iphone battery. However in doing so it looks like I may have ruined one of the screws inside.

I need to possibly order another set. However all I find are the bottom screws near the dock. What is this screw called. And where can I order it from?
