Repair service

I read on my email if I take longer than ten days to send my phone the service shall be canceled but it won't let me open a new repair an the other one sill says empty box shipped?, if I send my phone in will it still be replaced ?

If you're processing this through the Apple support center, I'd simply call them and explain your case. They'll amend the order, etc. I've had to do that once before because a Partner at work took forever to give me the device...
