Set Up Sync

My iP4s is set up through an exchange server at work and it is woking great. Everything sync's perfectly. I would like to be able to add some music and play lists from my home computer to the iPhone4S but not mess up the exchange syncing.

How do I accomplish this?

Your exchange syncing is simply an exchange account and really has nothing to do with syncing media (music, photos, movies).

An Exchange account provides email, contacts, calendar. iTunes deals with media.

You *should* be able to do what you want by selecting the manual sync option. Follow these instructions.
