There's probably a few ways that you can get your photos off a jailbroken iPhone. But mine is NOT jailbroken, and here is the program I use (it is free): Windows Explorer. After you have connected your iPhone to you computer, use Explorer to open a window. You will see your Apple iPhone in the left pane. Click on the icon to reveal the icon for Internal Storage, then click on the icon for DCIM, then drag the nested folder to your desktop. Go to Walgreen's or CVS or Walmart website to upload your photos to be developed.
