Is there a way to forward a text message from my 4S to my Lumia 900?

Yes. When your SMS message is displayed on your iPhone 4S, tap on the white arrow at the upper right corner of the screen and then select 'Forward' at the bottom of the screen.

Not that I'm aware of. A third party app, jailbreak app or via your carrier perhaps, but I'm only guessing.

What's the situation? Why not just use the Lumia in the first place?

Probably will. I've been told I can swap sim cards without any issues.

On mine there was no arrow, I had to click "edit" in the upper right corner instead. Thanks, didn't know you could do this.

You can also hold your finger on the bubble, copy, and paste into a new text. That's what I had been doing.
