How do I reactivate my iPhone 4s? ?

I broke the screen on my sprint iPhone 4s a week ago and I mailed to do a company I found online to fix it for me, they also did a red body conversion. While my phone was gone I activated an old blackberry of mine and used it. I activated The blackberry through the sprint website by entering the numbers on the back of the battery. How do I reactivate my iPhone without having to go into the sprint store? I reset it So that when I turne on the iPhone it went through the original set up screen, but it never activated. Help please! Can I just open up the iPhone and get the numbers off of its battery?

It may be beneficial take it to a nearby Sprint store or call Sprint's customer service department and have them do it for you.

If you can get to >>settings >>general >>about the MEID is listed there, and do the change like you did to activate the blackberry.
