Hey,
I have the 4S, which was working flawlessly, even after I jail broke it for about a month, until I decided to install iBlacklist last night. Springboard crashed, I rebooted, all apps would appear minimized... just screwed everything up. I did a fresh restore, then restored from backup (or maybe just a restore from backup - I forget), then did the Jailbreak again and added Installous. Ever since then, I deleted the previous apps I downloaded from Installous, plugged my phone into iTunes, and I keep getting an annoying pop up with someone else's ID, blank password. phresh[atgmaildotcom]. It is annoying, and i only want MY Apple ID attached to MY device!!!

I went to settings and signed in & out, rebooted, and nothing! Still getting that Apple ID. Also, my iTunes artwork won't display after I drag, drop and edit it. Please help!

South like you installed something you shouldn't have. Quickest way to solve your issue. Restore to a new iPhone. And don't restore from a backup file.
