How much data did you use last billing cycle?

AT&T unlimited but just looked up my data history. Most I've ever used is 694 mb back in Oct 10. Average for me is about 350mb. Everywhere I go has wifi

AT&T here. I used just shy of 2GB on a 2GB plan. No warnings. I have gone over the 2GB cap and they charged me extra for another GB. No nefarious emails or anything of the like. Just happy to take my money.

Yeah, the only warning you would get is that you are about to go over your 2 GB limit and they will charge you for an overage. The only plan they throttle is the unlimited plan.

Ah heck, I don't know. I'm on WiFi most of the time so I know I didn't go over my 2 GB allotment and my bill didn't change to reflect an increase.

I was close to 8gb and never noticed anything about my speed being slowed down. Sirius/XM still worked fine. No buffering.
