How to attach a note to an e-mail

Could someone please tell me how to attach a note to an e-mail.

From the note app, select share via email. Email is a service used by other apps, not something that attaches files to itself.

It's a paradigm shift from the desktop world.

But I don't understand. I don't see "select share via email" in my note app. The only thing that I see when I press on Notes is to add a new note, or to read my existing notes.

Select a note and there should be a share button. I attached a screenshot
