    I hope everyone had a safe/wonderful Christmas.
I just got my iPhone 4S and I have been on it non-stop! I love it.
I have the Sprint iPhone 4S, and yesterday when I was using it, randomly, a badge popped up saying 'Sim Failure' and all I could click was 'Okay'. Then after, my signal dropped automatically to 'No Service' leaving me to reboot the device, which made it work again.
Now, tonight, it has done it again.
Does anyone have any fixes or has anyone experienced the same particular issue?

Try a restore, so you get the new version of 5.0.1 that they recently put out. It's supposed to fix that issue.

    Sent from my iOS ecosystem!

Had a similar problem. I had to take it to AT&T to have sim card replaced.

Restore it using the latest A406 update. I am willing to bet yours has A405 or below. Since you just got it, you won't lose much.

I am on iOS 5.0.1 and also on the latest A406 update. I have reset the network settings and everything seems to be going fine. I will report tomorrow if it happens again. If it does happen, should I go ahead and restore the phone from new?
    Thanks for your responses!

I think you already know the answer to that.

I had this problem too. It turned out that my SIM card was to blame.
