siri/talk-to-text PUNCTUATION commands?

anybody have a list for these? i've seen some people ask siri questions, with EMOTICONS in their input. all i know is saying "period" and "question mark" while texting will give you a "." and "?"....but is there a list for these commands? i'm trying to find out how to enter a enter/return/text break/new paragraph via voice....

what if you dash, caps or dot and want the actual word and not an uppercase letter, - or .

how do you get siri to spell out dash and not replace with - ?
