In my year of being with AT&T, I never had a problem with Customer Service. Usually they're really nice on the Phone and in Store, they're nice as well. Only time I can complain about was talking to someone in CS, she kept on putting me on hold, making sure I was there, and hold again. Other then that, they are nice.
That is just me, I'm only one person out of the millions of Customers of AT&T.
I never liked Verizon only because their coverage around my house sucked. Even at work it sucked, also AT&T, but I don't know why Pasadena is an Average City, it should be good. I'm close to Mount Wilson for crying out loud?
