Try dl it thru iTunes on the computer then transfer it to your phone.

What does ordering an album and asking questions about it not downloading having anything to do with showing your 4S homescreen? I am missing something. You could have asked that question in the proper forum don't you think??

You don't have to say you are sorry and placing it in iTunes was the right move for maximum exposure. I would delete the other 2 that really don't go into the 4S home screen thread so you only have the one in iTunes. Up to you.
