It's not a widget at all, it's part of the overlay that gives temp and the picture changes depending on it. I got it from mmi, someone in the elite 6 thread modded it for the i4/4S. Here's the link if ur interested:

I love the elite 6 theme too. With the widget ur using, try removing the time from the status bar for a cleaner look. Just my $0.02

I agree it looks better w/ out the time on the status bar except when I'm using apps I hate having to go back to the home screen just to check the time.

Lol I hate that too. It's a trade off I guess. I now try to just pull down the notification bar to see the time if I'm browsing the web or whatever.
