The lock screen is edgyhd_zoo_ls_forecast, and there's actually no homescreen theme the weather widget you see is an "iwidget" from the iwidget thread at MMI. I just customized it by putting another icon pack in it.

I had my iPod jailbroken for ages but hardly used any tweaks (a waste of time to me personally). I mostly found myself going back to more of the stock layout.

Now on my 4S if even one app on the home screen gets shifted to another page or even gets moved around I go crazy I'm so used to it. haha.
