    If they are ones you took with an Android phone, they are most likely in mp4, which the iPhone also uses, so there's no need to convert.

    my video's taken with Android Samsung Charge are .3pg not mp4....!!!

    Hmm... Leave it to Samsung! My Evo did mp4.

    Hopefully someone will pop in and be able to suggest a good software.

    Convert .3gp to MP4, you could try this free MP4 video converter, can convert all main-stream video formats like AVI, MPG(MPEG), WMV, FLV, MP4, MOV, VOB, ASF, RM, RMVB, 3GP, 3G2 to MP4 format, and the quality are not bad.

    Handbrake is free too and its pretty fast! There's a PC and Mac version. Both cost you nothing. And it has presets for iPhone, Apple TV, iPad, and so on. Here you go: HandBrake
