this is so not true HSPA+ is a 4G technology that T-Mobile and AT&T use so it will never be capable of those speeds becuz iPhone is only capable of 3GI watched this video and felt that it was not a fair test. From the picture that I saw AT&T clearly didn't have very good coverage in that area. As far as I know AT&T is the only one of the 3 networks with the iPhone 4S that can take advantage of HSPA+ speeds.

how do you have an iPhone 4S on Virgin Mobile? they are a CDMA Provider
so if I unlocked it to T-Mobile would I get 4G too since they also use HSPA+?
As far as I know, AT&T, and T-Mobile are on diff. frequency's, even the HSPA+, and the iPhone will only work on their Edge network.
