I'm on Verizon and have no signal at work. Coworkers with AT&T do have signal. Does anyone know if the 4s auto switching antennas will or could switch over to the AT&T towers? One coworker has tmobile, and her phone switches over to AT&T towers at work.

No. They're different technologies. T-Mobile and AT&T use GSM, though they use different frequencies for their 3G connections. VZW and Sprint (CDMA) are totally incompatible with GSM.
