Apple unveiled a new dual-antenna design in the iPhone 4S,
but it is now in controversy that the iPhone 4S will likely violated
    Samsung's patents.

This new design would be an infringement on patents developed by
Danish professor Gert Frlund Pedersen and sold to Samsung.

Why hate Samsung? If they have the patent for the system Apple should pay. This whole patent system is hopelessly broken. The millions upon millions they have spent suing each other is only resulting in higher prices and less development. The Apple and Samsung spat in particular is hurting both companies but Samsung likely more. Just do some cross license deals and call it a day.

This is straight from Apples website.....

"iPhone 4S is the first phone to intelligently switch between two antennas to transmit and receive, so call quality is better."

There definately not worried about a lawsuit advertising the two antenna setup.

Below is a link talking about the possible infringement

It's not like Samsung has the power to stop the iPhone 4S launch and take the parts out. They will probably get away with nothing.. 1,000$ at the most.
