I ordered a White 32GB for Verizon. Wife agreed to take this one when the 5 comes out so I can upgrade again, hence the white model - it is what she wanted.

Confirmed Oct 14 delivery of 64GB Black I4S

I'll be selling my 32 GB Black i3GS and keeping my 64 GB WiFi only iPad2. I note that it says delivery on Oct 14, so I assume that Apple will actually ship the phone to me on the 12th or so.

I also note that only CA and RI charge sales tax on the actual "unbundled" value of the iPhone. This appears to double the sales tax to $74.29 on my cost of $399 for the phone. Even at CAs former sales tax rate of 9.75 per cent, that seems like a lot. I wonder what the "unbundled" price of the 64GB i4S is?

I'll look it up on apple.com Too bad I don't have my humble digital assistant yet, or I could have gotten the answer sooner.

An unlocked 64 GB iPhone is $849, and this is probably what I paid sales tax on. Seems like a lot, particularly when only residents of Rhode Island and California have to pay this tax. Just goes to show you.

Yes I am, well I should say yes I did. Woke up at 3:30 AM MST and placed my order for a Black 64 Gig iPhone 4S on ATT with my available upgrade. It was fast and easy not like the iPhone 4 preorder. I received my confirmation and now just have to wait a week.

I did my order last night on Sprints website around 1:30am I got the 16gb white model. I still haven't got my confirmation email yet, but they did start charging my card. Has anyone that ordered with Sprint got their confirmation email yet?

Yeah, it'll be interesting to see if there are any lines now that there are 2 more carriers with the phone than the last time the iPhone was on sale.
