I currently have a 32GB, and I have about 2GB left on it. Of course, I have also downloaded over a thousand apps, and have about a hundred on my iPhone right now (waiting to be reviewed...yes, I know!).

I will probably go for the 64GB, simply so I don't have to worry about space.

I'm really on the fence here guys, I won't be watching movies and certainly won't put my entire iTunes library on the 4S but I do plan to play a few games, take pics. Is 16GB enuf for a first timer?

16GB is more than enough if you don't use it for movies storage. I have an 8Gb now and I still have like 1Gb left.

Right now I have the 16 gig i4 but will be upgrading to the 32 GB. I still have 6 GB left on my old phone but it is lagging a bit at times so I figure the faster processor combined with the extra space will make the new phone purr like a kitten.

I will be getting the 16GB. I don't ever run out of room but I don't put a lot of stuff on my phone. Plus with iCloud I won't even bother to give the 32GB let alone the 64GB any thought. But that's just me :3

I voted 16GB but may very well end up getting a 32GB. I used a good portion of 16GB's when I had my iPhone 4 so may need the extra room!

With a Iphone4 or Iphone4S is it easy to run out of room with 16. Retina/HD files are so much bigger. Than how much music or videos come to play. I ran out of room on a 3GS with 16GB because of full length movies and around 1300 songs on the Ipod.

I voted 16GB for my first iPhone. I will probably put some songs, maybe 2-4GBs worth if that, but definitely no movies. Other than that I will have pics and videos taken with the phone and apps. I also assume iCloud should figure into this somewhere.

I've made my decision. 16GB.
I have a little under 8 currently, but with iCloud i imagine I'll be just fine.

I say go big or go home. I got the 64GB Black iP4S, the main reason is I for $100 more I got twice the storage, I can carry pretty much everything I need, have tons of space to take pics and video's and of course not be forced to choose which apps or music I carry.

Don't store all the videos on your phone people, put them on Youtube and Facebook and then delete it from your iPhone. 16GB force you to manage your media files, which is a good thing. :D

No 8gb version yet. Just 16, 32 and 64.

I personally have had 32gb for the last few iPhones with tons of sitting storage. I went 16gb this time. Was able to afford to me and the wife a 4S.

Dropbox + Pandora = 16GB iPhone 4S

I gotta say that 32 is the sweet spot. Plenty of room but also a good price. I was going to order a 16 for my wife but then realized with the new camera and the 1080i video cam, that space can disappear really fast. I have a 16GB iPhone 4 and don't really ever fill it up but it's always good to have a little more than you need. Remember, iCloud will only wirelessly sync your media- it won't store it. So you will always need to have all the music and movies on your phone (even iTunes match music) if you want to listen to it.

I am accustomed to being able to swap out sd cards so it is a change in mindset to have to anticipated beforehand how much storage I would need. Since they charge on the cloud for if you go over the allotted amount then I would have to have at least 32GB :D

I am going with the 32 gb. I have a 16 gb right now and it is enough for my music and my apps.
But sometimes I would like to watch videos. I can always delete them from the phone after watching (since you can re-download for free in Apple's Video store).

I threw caution to the wind and ordered the 64 GB. I can't say for sure that I'll ever use all that space, but you never know. I'd rather have too much storage than too little.

Me too. I would have to have 32GB at least. 64GB would be ideal. I would probably use the cloud to back up some things. I do use Photobucket for sharing pictures and videos but still would want them on my device.

I just can't see spending $400 on contract for 64gb. I know for some they need that much space but you always have the cloud but I can see some using that full space.

I like carrying my music around with me. Seeing as how I have a near 60 GB music library, I'm going to need it should I decide to carry all of my music around with me.
