is there any possibility my phone has been hacked considering this is happening? An acquaint of mine knows how to spy on phones and I think he could have done something when he borrowed it...
Also, the Facebook app when I deleted it, automatically started reinstalling without my permission..

Welcome to iMore! If you’re concerned your iPhone has been compromised I recommend booting into DFU mode and restoring via iTunes. This should wipe your phone clean and install a fresh copy of iOS. From there set it up as a new device. I might also recommend changing the passwords for any accounts associated with your iPhone like your Apple ID and email.
