    i cant even find where i start the process i was told was easy. i am so not tech savy so pls talk slow and in dumb people english! got my friends old phone it is unlocked
    and my password has been entered before he sent it to me so its ready to go if I just knew how to go.

    You do it the same way you do an iPad... connect to iTunes, select what you want synced... then sync.
