How can i un-jailbreak my iphone 4 IOS 1.7.2?

I have jailbroken my iPhone 4 yesterday.
Today, when i tried to open an app, it automatically close. I can't open facebook, instagram, i can't send messages, i can't even open the Cydia app!
I also tried to restore my iphone, clearing al in it, but when it starts to restore appears a loanding circle on the screen and it doesn't stop anymore. I let the iPhone restoring for 7 hours and the loading circle stayed there.
HELP PLEASE!!!! What can i do??

First off I am assuming you are running iOS 7 on your device and are trying to reset your device under Settings>General>Reset

This will not work on a JB device you will need to restore your device thru iTunes which will update your software I believe iOS 8

What you need to do is follow the Instuctions below

Recovery Mode Instuctions

1. Turn Off your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad if it isn't already.
2. Press and hold down the Home button on the front of your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPhone.
3. Plug your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad into your Mac or Windows PC and make sure iTunes is running.
4. Let go of the Home button when you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
