    Certain email (some which are not spam) are going directly to spam on my iphone4 and ipad. They are no where to be seen, not junk, on my desktop computer which i am using windows. It had previously worked and i received my email on all devices but all of a sudden it stopped.

    You'll need to provide some more info before anyone can really help.
    What type of email provider is it?
    What changes have you made to your phone/computer since the problem started?

    You should mark the email as "not spam". This isn't an iPhone/iPad problem, it's an email issue. You might want to contact your provider, if you still have issues.
