Iphone 4 GSM 3.1 running IOS 7.1.2 jaibreak geeksn0w 2.9.1

I have a Iphone running IOS 7.1.2 i was able to jailbreak using geeksn0w 2.9.1 but my problem is I cannont connect to cydia because wifi is grayed out and I have no network access. Any suggestions?

Reboot? Reset network settings?

I reset network setting and still no wifi.

If the above Did not work, try a restore as new. Back up your photos to Box or Dropbox and restore as a new phone.
If that doesn't work, you can try putting it in the fridge for 15 minutes. That's a last resort though. If that doesn't work, maybe it's time to upgrade.
