Outllok unread glitch

My Outlook index shows one unread email. But there are no unread emails in my Inbox. Using Exchange. On desktop in Outlook I MARKED ALL AS UNREAD, but iPhone index shows one unread email. Yet none in the Inbox are marked as unread. Any ideas?

Have you searched for the unread message in the rest of your mailbox folders?
