To sort photos or we can say filter the photos you can use photo album-photobook app. I t is automatically created album app which is easily filtered the photos according to your requirement.

I suppose I am not quite sure that the post content by you has been read properly to what info you seek and I mean no disrespect to anyone. If you wish to know how to get a Photo Folder on to your iPhone you wish to buy it is simple. Once you connect your phone to iTunes simply click on your phone under device and look at the top for Photos. Seek on your PC the folder or folders you want on the phone and just place a check mark in the box or boxes. Now ALL you have to do is hit the sync button and your folders will now be in your Photos app on your phone. Good luck should you get the phone. Not complicated.

EDIT: Reread your original post and noted you did not mention Photos. That is what my answer was based on. What kind of Folder?
